Cutting the acetate sheet into segments, bonding with smaller acetate blocks, inserting hinges, bending the front, making the bridge, angling, adjusting, polishing.... It's an entire vocabulary in itself, every word of which corresponds to an action. Passion for every step in the creative process that is going to porduce a frame.

PASSION FOR COMFORT - FITTING
Alain Mikli has developed a method of 'fitting' his frames to provide maximum comfort to the wearer as soon as he tries them on. The fitting concept is based on research into the natural morphology of the head and the sensitive acupuncture points. The method is applied when the temple sides are formed.

A three-dimensional frame: working with different volumes, rhythm of details, energy of lines, discreet techniques, sensuality of finishes, the transparency of the nylon fitting. Titanium is a synonym for lightness, a hypoallergenic material: Titanium becomes a must have material for frames.
